Rachael Edelmann: Secretary

Rachael Edelmann is a graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a B.A. in psychology with a  concentration in psycho-pharmacology. She earned an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, and attended Temple University’s Pharmaceutical Sciences M.S. program. Ms. Edelmann is the founder, president and CEO of Keiper & Associates, Inc., (KAI), a global consultancy specializing in strategic planning and remediation services for complex regulatory compliance issues within the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and healthcare sectors. In this capacity, Ms. Edelmann has assisted many of the sector-leading organizations negotiate and remediate consent decrees, warning letters, market withdraw and regulatory audit observations, leading to the certification of quality systems, facilities and product processes for market re-entry. She is an active member of the Health Care Compliance Association, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, Delaware Biotechnology Association and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Edelmann has two sons enrolled in their third year at The Jefferson School. In addition to serving as the Secretary to the Board of Trustees, she also serves on the Site Master Planning Committee, and STEM-Technology Initiative.
