School Life

Student Council

Student Council is the hub of most officially recognized student activity. Students vote each year for a student council president and vice president and they are indeed offices that carry responsibility. The Student Council president, who this year is I-2 student Aidan Gause, leads announcements at the Triangle; he or she organizes student events and sees that they are carried out. The office is a good example in leadership and all students are invited to take part with ideas and activities.

Parents Association

Parents Association is critically important to the success of our school. All parents must contribute 40 hours of service each school year. The Parents Association is one way to meet that commitment. The association coordinates many annual activities including:

  • Box Tops for Education
  • Family Camping Trip
  • Nic-o-boli Sale
  • Parade Float Construction
  • Pizza Day Lunches
  • Scholastic Book Fair
  • Spaghetti Dinner
  • Spring Bulb Sale
  • Spring Yard Sale
